Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific sensor or module you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Technical Verification

    Briefly describe the issue or provide a photo if the component is physically damaged to help our engineers expedite the troubleshooting and verification process.

  • 3.
    Pack with Care

    Place the item back into its original anti-static bag and secure it in a padded envelope or box to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an automated email once our warehouse processes your return.
